Please contact us within 48 hours if the flowers wilt or you notice damaged flowers. We will replace the arrangement at no cost. Our driver will collect the original arrangement and container at the time of replacement. For potted plants, please inspect the  plant and container and notify us with 24 hours of receipt of the plant. We will not accept any  complaints after the 24 hour period.

Please ensure that you provide the recipient’s phone number when placing an order. We will contact the recipient before attempting a delivery. If the recipient is unavailable and we are making a second delivery attempt, we may charge a second delivery fee.
